The cookery school is set in Leicestershire in a family home in South Kilworth, on the South Leicestershire/ Northamptonshire border. We take no more than 8 people at a time to cook, a few more for demonstration sessions

The school offers a mixture of courses from half day demonstrations to days of 'hands on' cooking. It can also provide private tuition, where we will tailor-make courses to your needs.

I set the cookery school up to share my passion for food and to teach those with little or no experience some basics, and for those who can cook, to share different ideas and improve cookery skills. We have a large very well equipped kitchen and demonstration area with additional cooking stations so that eight people can cook together at any one time.
I am catering trained, but the main idea is to have fun cooking and enjoy it as much as I do. |
